Body Management Skills

Maintaining postural stability is key to any movement. In order to execute any movement skills, our body has to first achieve stability. This can be done by making necessary adjustment to different body parts. Therefore, knowing the different body management skills will help the child to learn how different body parts can help them in achieving stability.
