Object Control Skills

Object control skills involve the control of an equipment such as a ball, racket or long-handled implement. It usually requires the kid to send or receive an object using their body parts or equipment. This category of skills develop the hand-eye and foot-eye coordination of the child, where they have to track the object in space. Object control skills are not develop automatically. They are acquired through constant practice.
