Dribbling with a feet is one of the most complex skill in FMS. This skill requires the child to maintain their balance with one foot and control and dribble the ball with another foot. Therefore, a child will need a high amount of postural stability and balance to execute this action. However, this skill can be acquired through small milestones. The child can start by walking and staying close to the ball.

Subsequently, allow them to practice the skill by going faster than a walk. Eventually, encourage the kid to look forward and keep their heads up when dribbling. The main concern for this skill is to keep the ball close to the feet and under control.

Therefore, it is important to educate the child that in dribbling, they want to control the ball and hence, the equipment should be near their body.
